MedicineNet now offers many many many RSS Feeds for the content posted on their website. There is an extensive discussion of RSS before they provide the feeds later on in the article (my article is mentioned which is nice to see - but you need not read that because it is 4 pages long!!!). This is similar to what Medscape set up about a year ago.
They claim to have over 1,000 specialty feeds, which seems exorbitant (why not just provide a search query and have the feeds created after the search).
Don't forget that you can get the latest articles indexed by Pubmed (specific to the keywords you enter!!) in your aggregator as well. (MedicineNet link via URL Wire)
