Web Search Alert

Gwen Harris has written an article on tracking Web search results. While I have had little to no luck with tracking searches on the major search engines (plus, after some internal conflict between my right and left parts of my brain, I decided that the task is totally useless and fruitless), I have had major success with tracking the major news engines via RSS.

I have created RSS feeds for Altavista News, Moreover, World News, Yahoo News, Rocket News, and Google News all for the keyword 'librarian'. (article via Be Spacific)

BTW, Michael e-mailed me the other day with news that Gwen had moved her weblog over to MT, so she has a new URL and New RSS Feed (I also posted this over at LIS Blogsource)
