I'm so glad that Jenny is blogging regularly again. This weekend, she kicked butt, linking to two RSS Related sightings. First, this article, which I discussed in the previous post, and this one on Bloglines, a free web-based aggregator for those that don't want to download software...again, these are the best kinds of news readers in that one can access the feeds from multiple computers.
Oh, I also forgot that Jenny found Bloglines via a newsgroup from Yahoo. I mentioned a while back that almost all Yahoo Groups can be viewed via RSS, so I threw the URL into the Yahoo Groups URI Generator and voila, now I get the posts from this group into my aggregator. Hip Hip Hooray!!

Looks like a neat tool, anyway, and really useful for me, as I can't use a desktop-based aggregator at work due to our firewall).

Posted by: Simon on July 7, 2003 08:26 PMSimon, those new feeds looks suspiciously similar to the OPML list I uploaded last night. As nifty as Bloglines appears to be, it failed to acknowledge at least 20 of the feeds that were in that OPML file. Most notable absence? That's right, Library Stuff; I had to manually subscribe and now all is right in the world.
