George Siemens comments on this article that I first noticed at Shifted over the weekend (I only had my aggregator on for an hour!!).

Right on George. That's why I run this blog. To point out ways in which librarians can make their professional reading easier and more effective, without costing them time away from their customers. Even though I hate the phrase "Information Overload", it is the only way to describe the immense amount of data we see everyday...and it can be controlled.
