Review of Newsmonster

Good's Sharewood Tidings reviews Newsmonster a Mozilla/Netscape based RSS news aggregator, and highly recommends it.

I played with Newsmonster when it first came out and was somewhat impressed. My thoughts on aggregators have changed since then (I would only use one if it had remote access and if I could create my own feeds), but for those who use Mozilla as their default browser, this aggregator is worth trying out.

You can indeed create your own RSS feeds for any site you want, even if they do not have a blog!

Tjis approach can then be used with any Newsreader or aggregator you may like.

If you want to find out how to do the above, please send me an email at:

My Bad...this is true, you can create your own feeds...it wasn't that easy though, the last time I checked. This may have cahnged since the first release. Stapler for Radio is so freakin' easy to use.
