James Farmer has put together a useful piece on why educators shoud start weblogs, but it can really be used for any profession. Great job James.

It's geared largely at faculty in an Australian university - trying to build awareness & get people thinking.
If anyone has any suggestions or comments I'd REALLY like to hear them & please feel free to reuse the doc at will if you want.
