Google Alert 1.0 was absolutely terrible. Tara says that 2.0 is worth trying again, which I will probably do, considering you can now gets the results in RSS format and you can limit by date, which is nice too. I'll bite and give it a shot, but I'm not too optimistic...plus, I'm not too sure how useful it will be.

Well, I did see 1.0, and even at that stage I found it incredibly helpful for tracking mentions of my some technology trends I'm following. The browser in 2.0 makes life easier still!
