For those who still believe in search engines for weblogs, try Blawg Search. I did a search with not so terrible results. It also looks like they have some sort of web-based aggregator going on there too.
Not too sure about weblog search engines. I just haven't used them enough to say whether or not they are useful to the everyday user. I now know that they could be better, although I think I knew that already. Sigh.
