There is a new editor of the library weblogs category over at the ODP
Greg Schwartz, the creator of Planet Neutral will be doing the honors now...congrats Greg. I will still be posting new library-related weblogs here as I come across them (or that are e-mailed to me), which will eventually find its way to my OPML file (if an RSS Feed exists).
