Decade-long overhaul of state government starts with Oregon State Library

“State government is about to get all shook up. Officials are working on a decade-long overhaul of how state government works and what it does, and it will include changes across programs, internal systems such as technology services, and individual agencies. First up: The Oregon State Library.
