Chicago State University exploring bid for Obama Presidential Library

“Chicago State University is throwing its hat in the ring of contenders seeking to house President Barack Obama’s official library, school representatives said Tuesday. Former state Senate President Emil Jones, who was a mentor to Obama during his early political career, has been tapped to head an exploratory committee charged with scouting sites and putting together an official bid.” (via Chicago Tribune)
