New Montgomery County library policies: No food or drinks, cell phones on vibrate

Gazette- “Some Montgomery County libraries have been infested with ants and cockroaches since the county cut back on cleaning to save money last year. Now, officials say they are hoping to eliminate insect-attracting spills by banning food and drinks from all public libraries.”
