		<description>Good for the Library...we lose so much money (via late fees) and materials due to theft, non-returns and duplicate records...that if we were a for-profit business, we&#039;d have gone belly-up decades ago.  

The confusing thing is...for the life of me I can still not comprehend why people think it&#039;s justified to rip-off the library, after all it&#039;s mostly free!</description>
