Facebook Privacy in Transition – But Where is it Heading?
Daily Kos – “The next time you log onto Facebook, you’ll be thinking about privacy: how private are your photos, friends, status updates, and personal details, and how public do you actually want them to be?”
best rule on the internet to live by: don’t share private stuff.
facebook can’t hold every user’s hand where privacy is concerned, its like expecting teachers to raise your children.
if you don’t want something shared, don’t put it on your profile. the article points out that facebook will now shore your relationship status, sexual orientation, etc but there is no requirement to actually fill in those lines.
seems that the daily Kos is making a mountain out of a molehill.
