		<description>I&#039;ve been ponderind (for how many years?) submitting an OP-ED col to NYT challenging the FCC to rewrite the &quot;must carry&quot; regs to cover traffic, via broadband, for schools and libraries.  Would that not make more sense than me receiving channel 51?  Would that not be more beneficial for the community?</description>
