We the People of the United States, in order to form a more unfettered Internet, provide a perfect tool for promoting collaboration, to provide a platform for building communities, promote the general welfare, helping people share information and secure the Internet as a free and open platform for all people, to help people create ideas, spread ideas and create wild, unexpected and wonderful things, do ordain and establish this Open Internet for the Freedom and Posterity of Peoples of the United States of America and the world.
