Library controversy in Delaware

    Perhaps the rear facade of the library could’ve had a more traditional modern design but I can see that there’s probably a whisper campaign of sorts going on in the community that only calls attention to the ugly side of the building. Also, that facade faces a highway & I’d think that most people wouldn’t stare at it driving past at 50-60 mph.

    My question is, who, on the town council approved of the plans when they were presented to them? Did anyone object then? If they didn’t, then what do they have to complain about?
