    “Apple doesn’t have the right to tell me what I can put on my phone,” says Ari, who uses non-Apple-sanctioned programs that let him change the look of his home screen and administer Web sites from his phone. “I only do hacking that helps people.”

    This Is NOT okay I don’t care what his family or friends think! The programs are property of Apple and this brat (nicest word I could find) thinks that he can just disregard Apple’s ownership!

    He needs to go on trial, make restitution and serve his time just like any adult who does the same thing.

    It’s a shame that his parents haven’t taught this kid any better morals or shown him how to put his intelligence to good use by helping others…..
