Behavior problems continue to be an issue at Public Library

Devils Lake Journal – “Chattin said Wednesday was a particularly tough day with the kids, and he had to kick six or seven of them out for unruly behavior after he had warned them. Problems range from obscene gestures to getting mouthy with library staff. Chattin said he has a policy of three strikes and you’re out, meaning if you’re booted out of the library three times, you can’t come back for a month. He then sends a letter to the parents and the police making them aware of the situation.”
