U of L invites public to use its libraries

The Courier-Journal – “[i]n the wake of deep cuts to city services that have resulted in all branches of the Louisville Free Public Library being closed on Sundays — the University of Louisville and city government officials are promoting the university’s libraries as an alternative resource for residents.”
