It sure does happen like that….my 20 year old Garance was at the end, and I decided that I was finished w/ pets. Well…one July I was out on the Dineh Rez…lo and behold a big orange tabby came sauntering down the mountain & jumped in my truck.. He’s been with me for 9 years now….So much for not getting another cat.
P.S. Now I have 2 and am in the process of a 3rd one moving in!
