I don't use twitter and while I have a FF account I don't do much with it - just check in about two times a week. I just manage to update my status in FB a few times a week and catch up with other folks' status. I could spend more time on that stuff, but I'm usually working on a combination of articles, presentations, my LIS course - not to mention reading new stuff (where else do you get good ideas - not usually from tweets) - so it's a question of do you participate there - a timesink - or actually grind out new and more in depth content of your own.I've made my choice.
