Should employers discriminate against World of Warcraft players?

What if it’s a library? Don’t library directors want their employees to play WOW to be user focused? 
Oh good God. Evaluate them on the quality of their work. Are employers actually asking? And, if they are, just lie: “Noooo.. I don’t play WoW.”
That’s the problem with society – stupid people have money and power.
