“A rally that took place today, starting at the main branch of the Philadelphia Public Library, that included several speakers, marched down the Parkway to City Hall, and culminated with a rally at City Hall where a few more people spoke, additional signatures were gathered, adding to the already 20,000 +/- that have already been gathered at locations throughout Philadelphia.”
