On the word “Cybrarian”
October 12th, 2008The Carrie Blog - “I frequently call my one male librarian friend a “guybrarian”, as a joke, because that is one of those annoying librarian things, like “liberry”. But “cybrarian” makes me want to hurl.”

The University of Queensland Library used to call itself a “Cybrary”. Thank goodness it caught up with the times.
