I've nothing against the 1st Amendment of the Bill of Rights. But I don't think it applies in New Zealand. Perhaps they have a comparable law that applies?

As a librarian, I have to ask "what about the 1st Amendment, the Bill of Rights, and the Freedom of Press"?

What about censorship? This is purported to be a high marked thesis...what gives?

Kerry Bolton whines that the thesis is smearing his character.... Was he named in the thesis, was this a thesis about him personally (Oy such a guilt complex here)? If not then Kerry Bolton needs to keep quiet and allow the work to sand.

so now I'm wondering of all the how many hundreds/thousands of theses in the University Library, why Kerry Bolton chose this particular one to read and complain about?

Makes you wonder what is really going on here!
