As a librarian, I have to ask “what about the 1st Amendment, the Bill of Rights, and the Freedom of Press”?

What about censorship? This is purported to be a high marked thesis…what gives?

Kerry Bolton whines that the thesis is smearing his character…. Was he named in the thesis, was this a thesis about him personally (Oy such a guilt complex here)? If not then Kerry Bolton needs to keep quiet and allow the work to sand.

so now I’m wondering of all the how many hundreds/thousands of theses in the University Library, why Kerry Bolton chose this particular one to read and complain about?

Makes you wonder what is really going on here!

I’ve nothing against the 1st Amendment of the Bill of Rights. But I don’t think it applies in New Zealand. Perhaps they have a comparable law that applies?
