Anger as council bans yoga and painting from libraries

Perhaps the council has to take refuge in “hygiene reasons” for want of another legal reason. In a fashion I agree with the ban, though, because the last time I looked a library was for a collection of books/journals/papers, etc and for those who wish to use them.
