Does this (and more from this Flickr user) photo breach ALA’s Trademark on READ?

Hmm….being that it is hosted on a public (for profit) site, a case could probably be made for trademark violation.
Whether a court would enforce trademark rights or not, I’d guess that at the very least Flickr would probably take these photos down.

Seems like the more people that push reading the better.
