Beyond the Dewey Decimal System
from the Washington Times. Not only do librarians need to evolve technologically, but they also need to show the people that pay their salaries that they have evolved. That is the missing piece here, IMO.
If a librarian does great techie work, but doesn’t tell anyone about it…..who cares?
