The Stanthorpe library has the best of both worlds great friendly faces, great building and technology to boot.

We are a small town library and I think we have all the charm imaginable. Our library is fun, inclusive, constantly developing and just a great place to be.

Why, yes I do agree that modern libraries are cold and forbidding environments.
The problem with the friendly, nostalgic, older counterparts is that they make for difficult chases and when you attempt to shoot someone, as the aisleways are so small, you hit everyone else. And I know for a fact that MI6 doesn’t like that. Too much paperwork.
Modern libraries don’t have this problem. Too…art deco.
