Council could ban shirtless from library
March 30th, 2008Redding Record Searchlight – “The City Council on Tuesday will consider an ordinance against people who stroll into the library bare-torsoed and/or barefoot. Current regulations don’t spell out that library patrons must be fully clothed.”
