Please define “illicit” and “detrimental”

    Steven M. Cohen, you are playing a word game. Drinkwine speaks to a reporter and no one ever uses perfect legal definitions at such times. Instead of going after Drinkwine on false pretenses of seeking clarification, why not address the issues raised directly?

    Engage in substantive argument. Explain why you think American Library Association policy should trump the library’s enabling instrument that created the library in the first place.
