Then again, wasn&#039;t it Nikki Giovanni who started self-publishing before she was picked up by a bigger house?</description>

One, Balanced Libraries, has exceeded the utter failure mark. Public Library Blogs: Not so much, at least not yet.

I&#039;ve demonstrated that Lulu and CreateSpace do what they say they do, they&#039;re honorable, and (particularly Lulu) fairly easy to use--and that they produce excellent books. Otherwise, well, marketing books is tough, particularly when you&#039;re not much of a marketer.</description>
