    “Blackwell says detectives nationwide are frustrated by child pornography traders who use libraries, and he doesn’t see an end to the problem given the concern about privacy.” A concern whipped up into a frenzy by the American Library Association. No one else is concerned about the privacy of child porn traders. Indeed the ALA even defended a 9/11 terrorist when a Florida librarian “broke” a Florida library privacy law.
