    The Library of Congress (and many other libraries and cultural institutions around the world) have been archiving more selective collections to get deeper into some themes or event-based topics (election, Sept 11, legal blogs, for instance) – Internet Archive collects broadly; our curated collections are a bit more deep and focused on particular topics.
