OCLC Releases New Study
Press Release – “OCLC, the world’s largest library research and service organization, has released the third in a series of reports that scan the information landscape to provide data, analyses and opinions about users’ behaviors and expectations in today’s networked world.”
The OCLC also has a comments page for people to discuss this report (http://community.oclc.org/sharing/2007/10/what-do-you-think.html). When I requested more information, they posted an additional pdf graph of “Online Activities” by Age. I was very impressed with the response from Joanne Cantrell, one of the OCLC staff.
