Howard Bashman (The guy behind How Appealing, a must read for all law librarians, IMO), grabbed a decision before the court took it offline. He then uploaded it to his own blogs server. The court called him, asking him to take it down. Howard apparently said no as the link is still up.

Fight the power Howard.
