I think we sometimes forget that there are many age groups that frequent public libraries. It’s not just about the kids.

    Agreed. Like I keep saying, it’s “and,” not “or.” Luckily, a lot of the improvements and new services libraries are implementing are good for many groups, not just one. For example, it’s not just kids using the IM reference service.
