You can download an excerpt of this book on the cambridge press website. It says you can buy the eBook, but it’s impossible to add it to your cart.
Still, I got the excerpt and will keep that safe.

I’ve just searched the Cambridge website. It gave one hit, but no links at all. Dead end.
