Ha! I’m the publisher. For the record, you’re not supposed to read everything, particularly at one sitting. The key lies in the tables of contents. Look there for items that interest you. Click and read. It’s a PDF file so it’s easy to jump around. It has more than 2,000 internal hyperlinks so it’s just three clicks from any page to any other page. Of course, you could read it cover to cover if you want.
