		<description>I use a web aggregator, but I&#039;m with Mario, if you have to trust in getting the info immediately, desktop has an edge. For the new business, I&#039;ll probably be running FeedDemon.</description>

		<description>I finally &quot;get&quot; Google Reader and have made the transition.  Paired with Gears and you get the best of both worlds: great response in offline reading and portability when online.  Add in the ability to backup my list of subscriptions and I&#039;m a happy reader.

If you are managing hundreds of feeds, desktop readers are the way to go because they are much faster.
