    My first boss in libraryland had spent the entire weekend of the JFK assassination feeding information to the networks for the 24/7 (theretofore unprecedented) news coverage. Yeah, librarianship had always been so “uncool”. ;-)

    That said, I’ll happily take any good press we can get in the mainstream media, anything that challenges the stereotype!
