		<description>Steven - thank you for continuing to speak out about depression and anxiety.  Removing the stigma of mental illness is so incredibly important and we need to talk about it more within the LIS community, especially as technology moves ever faster and our jobs get ever more stressful.  

You&#039;ve inspired me to be more open about my illness (incredibly severe...yay for meds!).  I&#039;ve always been open about it but I&#039;ve never been forthcoming.  That&#039;s going to change.
