Steven, I have used Google Reader for a while but only recent began to play around with the Shared Items feature. So there’s not much there yet: http://www.google.com/reader/shared/16668119361212747806
Steven- I find the share feature in Google to be wicked cool – I love incorporating it into my other sites.
I just started using Google Reader over Flock’s built in feed reader. I’ll start using the share feature. Here is my page:

I mostly use bloglines, but have been experimenting with Google Reader since they have combined many of their services into one interface a few months ago. I like how it looks and it was simple to add. I don’t find it much different from Delicious (you can place a most recent tag list the same way), but it is easier with Google’s combined services. http://www.google.com/reader/shared/16983693799087347558
