The State of the Web-based RSS Reader Market - Feedburner, Pheedo Release Stats

February 22nd, 2007

Read/WriteWeb has a great post on some new stats on RSS Readers.  Notice how quickly the Google Reader jumped into the frey and is leading, according to one study.  I guess it’s all WWFY (as Walt Crawford would say), but it’s still important to read these stats, if you are at all interested in how syndication is playing out.

BTW, if you don’t subscribe to RWW, you are missing out on some great stuff.  :-)

WWFY? I thought I was bad on TLAs (other than the great one in Texas), but there’s an FLA (sorry, Florida) that I don’t get.

WWFY. I have to think about that.

I’m still wavering between Bloglines and Google Reader…

I was referring to “Whatever Works for You” I really thought that you said that a bunch of times, but it seems that is was Gary Price. I’m getting too old for this, eh? ;-)

You don’t have to be senior to have senior moments.

That explains it. While I agree with the notion (in general), it’s probably not the way I’d say it. In posts, I use the traditional YMMV. Otherwise, well, I don’t have a stock phrase for that.

Still, it’s an honor to be mistaken for Gary Price.
