		<description>I had an incredible experience in Leo&#039;s &quot;Lib&quot; web site.  I registered my web site, was approved and, guess what?  Not only Leo did not allow my site to be listed (although he has NO policies), but blocked me.  Yup, like a pal of his wrote: this is definitely &quot;the library-way&quot;!</description>
