The four principles of community management
February 18th, 2007I’ve recently subscribed to The Future of Communities and have been going over some past blog posts. Great stuff, if you are at all interested in community building, social networks and the like. Take for example, this post:
"Partick Duparcq, professor at the Kellogg School of Management at NorthWestern University was kind enough to share one of his research papers on community design with the audience of this blog (download PDF here - 90K).
The four principles of community management accordining to Duparck are: Purpose, Participants, Platforms and Policing."
Lots of stuff to wrap my brain around as I want to start getting back into the literature. This blog is as good a place to start as any.
