Newzpile

Aggie sent me Newzpile today. Basically, it creates a personalized portal using tag search. If you have seen TagJag (which is currently broken), the concept is same.

So, most social sites have tags these days, but there is no way to look at multiple tools with similar tags. Newzpile will do that dor ya (See this page for the keyword ‘libraries’). Cool eh?

It’s got a few issues (some of the searches break if you use two words or phrases, which is not surprising because Google News and Yahoo News don’t use tags), but it’s a great snapshot of what is being tagged with keywords.
