Librarian Bloggers Down Under
July 9th, 2006Australian librarian bloggers have always been a big part of my reading repertiore. Lately, CW has caught my interest. For example, today CW writes about a new blog that was started up for the “Australian Libraryland”.
It’s called Libraries Interact and has information about the collaboration on the first post:
“Well… we wanted to blog the Australian Library and Information Association’s Click06 conference here in Perth.(Nothing to do with me missing the entire conference while on a five week family holiday). A group of us Ozlibloggers have also been talking about setting up a collaborative blog.”
“Half way through the Click06 blog setup, We thought we may as well use the domain name and hosting site for the Australian Libraryland blog. Here we are.”
This is so cool. There’s also a handy list of Australian library blogs. Congrats on the new blog and project.
